Coliwoo opens its 15th co-living property in Singapore at Pasir Panjang

Coliwoo plans to open additional co-living real estates in different places next year, consisting of River Valley Road, Rangoon Roadway, Balestier Roadway, Lavender Avenue and Arab Street.

The Pasir Panjang Road real estate spans 16,626 sq ft and is a freehold estate. Formerly the place of the Pasir Panjang Inn lodging, the group obtained the residential or commercial property vacant.

Coliwoo has recently begun its 15th co-living property, the Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang, a four-storey facility at 404 Pasir Panjang Roadway. The brand name, a co-living branch within the property management solutions team LHN Group, revealed in its announcement last September that it had acquired the Pasir Panjang estate for $30 million.

The rooms on the Pasir Panjang property are developed with nautical motifs, incorporating light grey tones and vivid marine blue colours to reflect the beach connections of the place. All bedrooms are self-contained studio units with assistance services, consisting of a self-service mobile application, an onsite assistant and house cleaning.

Chong Ching Yeng, chief business specialist of Coliwoo, claims that the label is delighted to increase its co-living portfolio throughout the city edge complying with the opening of Coliwoo Hotel Gay World. “Keeping in mind the need amongst students and working professionals for lasting yet versatile stays, Coliwoo Hotel Pasir Panjang boasts convenience and accessibility without jeopardizing on quality, especially with its top location in the soul of Pasir Panjang.”

The brand-new property is less than 500m from the National University of Singapore and about 1km from Curtin University. Placed for ease of access, it is a short travel from Mapletree Business City, Science Park, and the CBD through Ayer Rajah Expressway, West Coast Freeway, and Keppel Viaduct. The area also supplies proximity to West Coast Park, Hort Park, and Southern Ridges.
